Welcome to The Public Affairs Recruitment Company!
We are a specialist recruitment company and have been operating since the year 2000. Our focus is on ensuring our candidates have access to the best advice on what is happening in the industry and current information regarding roles across the six main jobs sectors: government departments and agencies as well as the industry associations, not-for-profit and private sectors.

Who are our Recruiters?
Our recruiters are senior public affairs officers who have worked in a range of roles in government and the private sector.

Our Chief Executive is a former federal Director, Public Affairs with a 10 year career at senior levels in the industry. She worked on such high profile events as the float of Qantas in the early 1990s and the media arrangements for Sir William Deane when invested as our Governor-General. She was the Director, Communication Strategies for the Office of Government Information and Advertising (OGIA) and oversaw all government communications campaigns, and for several as well as running the public affairs for a government department.

Our clients are spread throughout government and the private sector. Many of our clients have been, or still are, candidates of the company as they understand and appreciate our commitment to the industry – on the jobs and professional development fronts.
