Please note that all of our courses are subject to the following conditions:

Course Bookings
Course bookings will be accepted by facsimile on a standard booking form or if we receive a signed completed booking form in pdf format via email.
Bookings are not confirmed until we have e-mailed you written confirmation.

  • Courses proceeding depend on reaching minimum numbers and courses will be confirmed once numbers are reached.

Payment
With the e-mailed acceptance of your reservation, you will receive an invoice stating the total amount due and payment options available.
Payment is required in full upon receipt of invoice.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, rather than by cheque or direct deposit, we accept Visa and MasterCard only. Credit card companies charge us handling fees of the value of each trans act ion. Although we absorb a proportion of these charges, we must regretfully pass on a fee equivalent to 5 per cent of the total invoice amount

If for any reason the payment is not received prior to the course taking place, The Public Affairs Recruitment Company reserves the right to cancel the booking in order to offer places to participants on our waiting list/s.

Cancellation Policy
More than 10 Days before a Course : Course fees for all courses are fully refundable if written notification to cancel a place is received ten or more business days prior to the scheduled course taking place.
Between 4 and 10 Days Before a Course : Cancellations requests between four and nine business days notice prior to the scheduled course are not refundable but will be entitled to attend the same or similar course (space permitting) offered on another date.
Less Than 4 Days Prior to a Course : Cancellation, or rescheduling requests, received with less than four business days' notice prior to the scheduled course cannot be rescheduled and will result in full forfeiture of course fees .
Failure to Show: If the person booked (or a substitute) do not show up to attend a course, there will be no refund of the course fee.
Substitutions: If are unable to attend a course and would like to send a substitute simply advise us in writing at least 24 hours prior to the course commencement.

How to Cancel
In the event cancellation is required, please provide written notification for cancellations, substitutions, or rescheduling as soon as possible to courses@publicaffairs.com.au
